Ralphs Fresh Fare Closure Notice 

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — April 21, 2026 — After many successful years serving the community, Ralphs Fresh Fare at Westcliff Plaza plans to close at the end of their lease term in the Fall. We will soon be announcing a new high-quality grocery merchant to open in this location. Beyond our reinvestment and maintenance work, there are no other significant changes planned at the center.
