Ben & Jerry’s at Fashion Island opens on June 15, 2026. The Vermont-founded ice cream shop first opened in 1978. Since then, the whimsically named well-made flavors have gained a global following. The nostalgic ice cream shop at Fashion Island will serve Ben & Jerry’s popular flavors such as Cherry Garcia and Americone Dream, along with vegan non-dairy options, sundaes, and warm waffle cones.
WEST COAST SOURDOUGH AT ALTON RETAIL CENTER

On June 20, 2026, West Coast Sourdough will open at Alton Retail Center. The shop prides itself on using a 30-year-old sourdough starter that originated from its San Francisco bakery in 1995. The naturally leavened sourdough is free of preservatives and makes great sandwiches. The loaves emerge from the shop’s ovens every few minutes. Classic beef dips and tuna salad sandwiches are available, along with hot pastrami and reuben subs.
