Grand Opening
In 1999, Gelato Paradiso opened its very first shop at Corona del Mar Plaza — a small space filled with big dreams, cherished recipes, and the hope that guests might fall in love with true Italian gelato. Twenty-six years later, they return to their original home with the same devotion to craft and the same joy of sharing something made with care.
