Join Co-Op Pilates at Woodbridge Village Center on Saturday, July 19th at 8:30 AM for an energizing 45 minute mat pilates class led by experienced instructor Rowena Dhingra. This fun and accessible workout is suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Don’t miss this opportunity to strengthen your body and mind in a beautiful outdoor setting!
