Palette Dim Sum is a modern Chinese-Cantonese restaurant accompanied with a selective bar and lounge experience. Featuring a colorful variety of handcrafted dim sum, authentic wok-fired dishes, live local seafood, Canton barbecue, and a mindful list of cocktails, wine, and spirits.

Founded by the Koi Palace and Palette Tea House group of the Bay Area, Palette Dim Sum is the very first expansion of the Palette brand into Southern California.
