Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, a leader in the upscale casual dining sector heralded for its innovative menu and extensive beverage program, offers a dynamic menu that marries together modern flavors with comforting and familiar tastes, all prepared in the from-scratch kitchen. The family-run restaurant is poised to be a beacon for local residents craving a great local craft beer, serious cocktail or relaxed meal. Families, dog-owners and craft beer aficionados can enjoy an al fresco meal on the pooch-friendly patio, a brew at the bar during Happy Hour or a leisurely meal with friends.
Executive Chef Gabe Caliendo's menu seamlessly blends modern, globally-inspired flavors with comforting and craveable classics. All dishes, from the Pesto Chicken & Hummus to the restaurant's new summertime favorite Ceviche Tostadas to the soulful Baja California Burger and Black and Bleu Pizza are thoughtfully composed in Lazy Dog's from-scratch kitchen with fresh, whole ingredients.
On the weekends, locals can catch the big game on flatscreen TV’s outfitting the bar and patio, while enjoying brunch specials including the Wild Blueberry Pancakes & Maple Bacon Butter and Chilaquiles capped off with a Hair of the Dog Bloody Mary. In addition to their signature brunch cocktails, Lazy Dog is renowned for their full bar program that includes unique and approachable specialty cocktails and a wide selection of craft beers. From their housemade Sangria Sampler to their Straight Up Martinis like the refreshing Cucumber & Mint, to the all natural Clean Cocktails all under 150 calories like the Coconut Mojito, Lazy Dog’s liquid assets offer an expansive array of spirits for every mood.
The design of the restaurant features rustic decor and accents such as cozy fireplaces and a startling chandelier crafted from Aspen logs. The generous use of real ledge stone, fabric and leather-lined booths and chairs featuring rich hues of chocolate and rust further extenuate the welcoming, and lodge-like atmosphere inspired by the aesthetic in the Rocky Mountains. The patio with ample seating and fire pits runs adjacent to the restaurant where dogs can enjoy their own "Dog Menu" featuring wholesome brown rice and grilled chicken breast or hamburger.
Brunch is available until 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday, and Happy Hour is offered from 3 pm – 6 pm, Monday – Friday, and again from 9 pm until 12 am, Sunday – Thursday. For locations and more information, visit www.lazydogrestaurants.com.
