Poached Neighborhood Kitchen began in 2018 when they opened their first restaurant.  Their goal is to bring a new style and concept to breakfast, brunch, and lunch dining. At Poached, they believe that knowing where your food comes from and how it's prepared is ultimately better for you. All of their supplies and ingredients are handpicked and made from scratch, to ensure that everything they serve is of the highest quality. They use local and organic produce when available, and their humanely-raised meats are free of GMOs and nitrates.
